Halloween costume special!

October 27, 2008

I love Halloween.  I always have!  Halloween just puts me in a giving mood, so I’m giving way some big deals!

I’m offering up Halloween images!  All I ask is that you bring two non-perishable food items so we can donate it to a food bank , and I’ll give 1-2 images of your kids in Halloween costumes.  That’s right – It will be just 2 non-perishable items for the session fee and then $20 for the file.

This is a crazy deal – my digital files are normally $150/file.  I’m just in the Halloween spirit!

All kids must be costumed, and the backdrop will be a high key white or gray (think Gap) backdrop, and I’m going to be available all day on Wednesday from 10am – 7pm, and then again on Halloween from 9am-11am.

Feel free to let your friends & family know, and please contact me via email at k.hibbetts@sbcglobal.net if you’re interested in scheduling a time to stop by my home studio located in Fishers!

WHEW!  I’m exhausted all over again just typing that, but it was a fun session!  They were a really fun family, and you can tell they genuinely like each other!  And the little girl had fun playing with Maggie, so it was a big bonus!

sneak peek of the V. kids

October 23, 2008

I love my repeat clients.  You know why?  Because I get to see kids (other than mine) grow UP!  I love getting to see how their personalities evolve, how their faces mature and get that kid look instead of a babyface…it just makes me really nostalgic. I photographed this family last year, and they are just a awesome group of people.  A. & A. here, gave me a run for my money, but little did they know, I was getting great images the whole time.

little Gavin grows up

October 22, 2008

I guess he’s not a baby anymore, is he M. & B.?  He’s already getting to be a big boy.  It’s been a year since I’ve photographed G., and back then he was just a wee 6 month old.   Now he’s a walking, talking, laughing, FUN kid.  Who still has the LONGEST, LUSHEST lashes I’ve ever seen on ANYONE, let alone a boy.  Women (including me!) pay good money on makeup to achieve those lashes…and G. is the lucky one!

sweet baby kylie

October 13, 2008

Isn’t she DARLING?  After a rocky start with poop & pee (so sorry, Kim!), she did awesome.  She was less than a week old, and just a snuggly bug!  She didn’t even mind when I folded her to pose her.  I hope she gives her mama a break and lets her get some rest to heal.

You guys are such a fun family, and I’m so glad that you invited me to share this very special time in your life!

And of course, the super squishy, super adorable Kylie.

max turns 5

October 13, 2008

Max is turning five, so we met on Saturday at the Indianapolis Museum of Art for a session to document this milestone in his life.  He was a really fun kid!  And what a beautiful location!  I’m sad to say that I’ve lived in the Indy area my entire LIFE and I’d never been to the IMA.  Shameful.  But now I have, and I can’t wait to go back!
