sneak peek of G.

July 30, 2008

Sweet, sweet little G. You smile more than any newborn I’ve ever known. Seeing you smile is like getting a glimpse into the person you’re going to be. You already seemed to be filled with such joy. Okay, so it’s probably gas, but I think it’s joy.

Thanks for letting me share in this special time in your lives, J. & N.! I look forward to capturing G. through the next year and watching him grow!

P.S. you didn’t think I’d give you the big smile picture as a sneak peek, did you?! I’m saving that for the big reveal!

Okay, I’ll give you a teeny smile. And yes, that smile of his is just a small one…his big ones make you just GRIN!

sneak peek of H.

July 15, 2008

H. came back for his first session of his baby plan.  I photographed H.’s mommy for her maternity portraits, and then I did H.’s newborn pictures as well.  I feel very fortunate to have clients who will invite me to share in the entire first year of their baby’s life!  Just like last time, H. was a doll baby, spit bubbles & all!

overload of cuteness

July 12, 2008

This week I had my first set of newborn twins…..and then had my second two days later!

My first set of twins were boy/girl T. & M.  They are one month old, and have been home about a week after being born at  34 weeks.  You’d never know that by looking at them though!  They are little fighters!  T. is on top, and M. is on bottom.

Then came my second set of twins, O. & M.  Two little girls, baby sisters to one charming little 3.5 year old boy.  It was a lot of fun (and a lot of work!) doing their session, and I want to thank C. & C. for letting me share in this special time in their lives!

For someone suffering from baby fever, seeing and holding FOUR newborns in 3 days is enough to send you over the edge!  So.  Much.  SNUGGLINESS!

We’re outta here!

I will be out of the office from Thursday to Sunday for the holiday weekend. Instead I’ll be standing on the battlefield at Gettysburg watching a reenactment of the battles there! I’m crazy excited, I’ve never been! The only thing is….it’s supposed to rain. booooooo. Let’s hope it doesn’t!

If you urgently need to contact me about your gallery or your session, please call my cell number at 317 508 1980. Be forewarned: I may not hear it ring with all the cannons firing.  For reals.

Happy 4th of July!
